**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders globally to understand talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Support employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, training coordination, and development initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day financial and process management of the Singapore office, including expense tracking, vendor payments, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and international workplace culture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required; knowledge of Korean or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams and global environments.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
