
HR Temp/ HR Intern

As a HR Intern with a focus on recruitment, you can learn and contribute to talent acquisition by building talent pools, maintaining community engagement, and leveraging digital tools and social networks. You will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to help source talent and assist with various aspects of community management, gaining invaluable experience in the recruitment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and report on sourcing strategies, focusing on conversion rates and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address specific community inquiries and ensure alignment across departments.
- Collect feedback from social communities to support continuous improvement in the recruitment process and organizational workflows.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to create engaging content for social platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media and digital insights to create relevant and engaging recruitment content.
- A self-driven, commercially minded individual with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a “can do” attitude, capable of working with people at all levels.
- A solid understanding/ or exposure of IT and how they can support recruitment efforts.
