**Responsibilities**:
The Temporary Accounts Admin Assistant is responsible for:
- Scanning of old documents and storing it (moving from physical to electronic copies)
- Include scanned documents to SAP document numbers (storing to SAP)
- Perform goods/services receipt into SAP (MIRO)
- Filing & archiving of existing files to the appropriate folders following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
**Requirements**:
- O Levels
- 1 year administrative experience
