
Temp Admin Assistant

We are looking for a temp admin assistant to work on 6-month contract.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays - Fridays), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturdays)
Responsibility:
- Support all administrative needs and paperwork
- Assist in office supplies and management
- Handling walk in enquiries
- Coordinate appointments, support claims
- Occasional travel to vendor offices may be required
- Ad-hoc administrative support
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as administrator as role is heavy on paperwork
- Meticulous and good personality
- Singaporean only
Additional Information:
- 6 month contract position
- 5.5 day work week (Alternate Saturdays)
- Office hour
- Near Farrer Park MRT
