4. Incoming records data entry
5. Salary payment to temp workers - tracking verify working days.
6. Salary payment to full time workers
7. Monthly updates to finance report ie sales, progress payment collected.
8. Track progress payment of individual projects.
9. Verify P&L for individual pjts for commission payment.
10. Key in data into Xero
11. Liase with external accountant every quarter for GST and tax submission etc.
12. Track total sales for non gst company.
13. Internal invoice billing
14. External Invoice billing
15. Check on current wsg
16. CPF payment
HR
2. Tracking of insurance wp expiry
renewal.
3 employment contracts
4. Tracking for increment
5. Leave entitlement tracking
6. Check on govt grants.
