**Your Duties and Roles are**:

- Performing **recruitment process **such as job posting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, employment contract preparation
- Providing **support **to other People & Culture team members in **training processes **such as updating training materials,
- Updating job descriptions
- Processing necessary authorized claims; government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, income tax submissions (IR21), NSmen claims, etc.
- Planning and organising staff engagement activities
- Assist other ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior such as processing MOM work passes related matters
- Performing **floor operations shifts as Crew **(2-4 weekly):
Crew duties include: perform safety briefing, conducting safety rounds, engage with customers to build Climb Central culture

**Job Requirements**:

- Willing to work shifts.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in Human Resource Operations.
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, Income tax and legislations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the deadline.
- Meticulous and willing to learn.
