**Senior Sales Executive / Asst Sales Manager - Own Transport

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to market & promote the company’s service;
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation
- Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts
- Maintain good business relationships with new & existing clients
- Resolve clients’ issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers
- Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners
- Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients
- Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
- Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree related field of studies.
- Min. 3-5 year of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous
- A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
- Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
