**Job Description & Requirements**

If you are known to be meticulous, see through tasks assigned, have a positive and never-give-up attitude, WE WANT YOU
- Marketing: Communication & Ordination to relevant parties as directed
- Public Relations: Manage and coordinate press and Public Relations activities, Key Opinion Leaders and /or with Public Relations companies, include meeting partners & follow through, as directed.
- Social Media: (optional) Strategies, propose and organize Social Media.
- Social Media: Monitor, engage and respond to social media comments
- Online Contests, live events and off-line events: Assist to organize online contests including seeding of events and partnerships
- Seasonal Public Relations Events/Trade show support: Co-ordinate & assist in organization.
- Graphic Design knowledge is optional but an advantage.
- Other work as directed by the Department Head.

You must have:

- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or Business Management, preferably with a Major in Marketing. Fresh Grad/ Interns welcome.
- A heart to serve people
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, to develop good working relationships with stakeholders
- An Entrepreneurial spirit, Positive Mindset, Adaptable to Changing Landscape of Business
- Deliver high quality work, in a conscientious and professional manner
- Resourceful, organized and meticulous, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and an Ability to Think Out of The Box
- Proficient use of Google suite of app (Gmail, slides, doc mainly) and Microsoft Office
- Career growth abounds for those who are keen and enthusiastic learners, excelling in role

Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm. Salary will commensurate with experience. Training will be provided.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
