**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven **E-Commerce & Marketing professional**to take charge of **Grand Cru’s online wine shop**and oversee **marketing efforts for both Grand Cru and Vivino Wine Shop**. You’ll manage online sales channels, drive customer acquisition and retention, and execute creative marketing campaigns that bring our wine stories to life.

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-Commerce Management**

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the **Grand Cru online shop**, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and stock accuracy.
- Manage performance across all **online sales channels**(Shopify, Vivino app, marketplaces, etc.) to drive sales and conversion.
- Analyse traffic, conversion, and basket data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate promotions, new product launches, and online campaigns with the retail and warehouse teams.

**Marketing & Communications**

- Plan the **marketing calendar**, including seasonal promotions, collaborations, and events.
- Manage creative content — product photos, videos, newsletters, and social media assets.
- Work with partners, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Create reports and insights on campaign ROI and engagement metrics.

**Brand & Community Engagement**

- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.
- Engage the Vivino and Grand Cru communities through content, loyalty initiatives, and partnerships.
- Support **event marketing**, including masterclasses, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least **4 years of experience**in e-commerce and/or marketing (F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Creative flair with an eye for branding, copywriting, and digital storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
- Passion for **wine and lifestyle brands**is a big plus.
