**_E-commerce _**
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Assist the team in driving online sales targets from all ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, etc)
- Maintain product listings, images, campaigns, orders, delivery fulfillment, payments, refunds/returns, customer service and enquiries in all ecommerce platforms
- Coordinate with brand personnel, operations, and logistics team to carry out day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain inventory and stocks in all ecommerce platforms
- Maintain consistent pricing of products in all ecommerce platforms and website
- Establish and maintain good relationship with all ecommerce platform partners
- Align brand objectives
- Improve website and ecommerce conversions
- Create & Design Product Description & Hero Images for own website & online platforms.
- Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for online shopping platforms i.e Lazada, Shopee etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including order, invoicing, and delivery management.

**_Marketing _**
- Responsible for social media content management of all our brands’ accounts.
- Create & Design marketing collaterals for in-store and online marketing/promotions.
- Plan and coordinate with relevant (internal and external) parties for sponsorships and events.
- Perform any marketing related tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- N/O Level/Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
- Experienced in content and design creation preferred
- Familiar with eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
- Possess basic skills of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
