**Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant / Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales and operations. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive ecommerce growth, optimizing the user experience, managing product listings, and implementing marketing initiatives. If you have a strong background in ecommerce management, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and a passion for driving online sales, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive online revenue growth.
- Build an e-commerce calendar, assortment, and strategies in collaboration with e-commerce teams and cross-functional department heads. Take ownership of forecasting, planning, and online activities.
- Enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates by optimizing the user experience across all e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the online channel.
- Provide reporting and analysis of key KPIs, keeping stakeholders and leadership informed of performance. Track sales, review orders daily, and monitor key e-commerce metrics (Sale, conversion rates, CPA, website traffic, CLV, click-through, etc ) to enhance site efficiency and maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate closely with CRM/Community team to deliver a first-class online shopping experience for customers. Work with CRM to launch and monitor the ROI of campaigns driving sales, CLV, LTV, frequency, offers, and segments.
- Analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and cohesive online customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce to identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches.

**Requirements:
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in SEA/Global, including e-Commerce and other sales roles, with a focus on electronics/consumer multinational brands or successful local pure-play sites, demonstrating a track record and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Thorough understanding of ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and online payment gateways.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and executing ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the translation of data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, allowing for efficient prioritization and management of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, promoting effective teamwork with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and employing conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, including customer retention strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Fluent in English.
