**Are You The One?**

We are seeking a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Group Financial Controller to

lead our region-wide team of finance and accounting professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees financial control and reportin, leading and provide guidance to the regional finance team
- Manage the firm’s internal financial administration and prepare necessary reports on a timely basis for business planning, e.g. monthly management reports, annual budget and adhoc forecasts
- Plan, establish, manage and maintain Netsuite accounting system initiative
- Facilitate audit, prepare supporting worksheets for audit
- Assist in legal entity set-up, incorporation process and legal compliance.
- Able to handle full set of Accounts independently
- Perform month-end closing for reporting and ensure the closing and reconciliation of all accounts on a monthly basis
- Report preparation such as cash flow position, management accounts, variances from the established budget, MAS reporting.
- Monitor and check completeness and reasonableness of expenses
- Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and editing financial reports
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresOversee all aspects of financial matters that include accounting, tax, treasury, financial controls and statutory compliance and reporting in Singapore and other countries we operate in

**Job Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant
- Extensive experience in finance management (or another role responsible for pricing and/or accounting and/or Treasury)
- Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and editing financial reports
- Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Experience working with banks and financial institutionsExperience in preparing Annual Budget
