- Lead the Financial Accounting team for the Group, and managing the full spectrum of controlling, financial accounting, consolidation and group reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all statutory reports.
- Assist the CFO in developing and executing Finance strategies to support the overall business plan and objectives of the company
- Develop, formulate and ensure compliance of internal control frameworks, in tandem with the business growth, ensure integrity of financial information and safeguard of company’s assets.
- Drive the auditing process and liaise with the Company’s external auditors.
- Support in annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Lead the existing accounting team to deliver best practices in financial accounting, group reporting and internal control.

- At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in group reporting in SGX listed company of similar size and attributes, proven track record in handling full sets of accounts including consolidation across large number of entities.
- Experience in driving and managing regional accounting functions in technology and manufacturing industry, including Singapore, Malaysia and China.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to the existing accounting team, and build financial capabilities and resources to support the business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong change agent and drive continuous improvements.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, CA/CPA qualified and prior Big-4 experience preferred.
