**Corporate and finance support**:

- Establish, implement and review financial plan, policies and control standards to meet the Group’s short and long-term needs.
- Ensure timely reporting of group consolidation, management, statutory reports and holding company reporting pack with sound financial analysis.
- Finance Head for the company and other subsidiaries and/or related companies as assigned.
- Work closely with Finance Heads of all subsidiaries and ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
- Manage group treasury and tax planning activities.
- Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group
- Maintain and strengthen good relationships with regulatory authorities, bankers, internal and external auditors, stakeholders as well as sponsors.
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Up-keep the Group’s financial policies in alignment to international accounting and auditing standards as well as local statutory guidelines.
- Assist the Group CFO to roll out group-wide initiatives in the areas of corporate governance, internal control, group policy and enterprise risk management
- Assist the Group CFO in M&A and other group projects

**Business Operation Support**:

- Review and up-keep operational finance processes to cope with the changes in business activities and ensure effective control and business support are in place all the time
- Involve in group integration in finance operations
- Manage full spectrum of the accounting and finance functions. Provide direct leadership and guiding roles to finance team members and on Group policies implementation in subsidiary finance operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a renowned university or equivalent such as ACCA.
- CPA or an equivalent is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work well with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives and exposed to multi-tasking environment
- Detail-oriented, highly intelligent and versatile with a hands-on approach
- Solid business acumen and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- 10-12 years of auditing and accounting experience, ideally gained within an international accounting firm and from a SGX listed company environment
- Solid understanding about accounting system and tax regulation
- Good knowledge and experience in financial consolidation Good international exposure including APA
