**Customer Service Executive
**Responsibilities:
- **Liaising with customers and overseas suppliers on all sales and service matters**
**- Arrange, coordinate and handle shipping matters with handling agents and customers/overseas suppliers**
- **Planning and monitoring daily Sales Department functions**
- **Co-ordinating and performing all tasks relating to Sales, Admin, and Service Departments
**Requirements**:
- **Organised, meticulous and efficient individuals able to work in a fast-paced environment**
- **Able to lead and execute tasks independently and with good interpersonal skills**
- **Good English communication and writing skills**
- **Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing**
- **Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, however, fresh graduates/ school leavers will also be considered on merit basis**
- **Bilingual (English and Chinese)**
- **Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
