We assist and support online companies with a wide range of Alternative Payment Methods that suit their specific needs and those of their customers, regardless of their location.

We are currently seeking a Support Team Representative to join us in our Singapore office.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing Support Team in the Fin-tech industry.

**What will you be doing?**
- Cooperation with other online platform representatives.
- Helping customers with API integration to our gateway.
- Building and maintaining the processing environment.
- Identifying and documenting bugs and features.
- Handle correspondence with merchants and various third parties.
- Manual QA of our integrations with our partners.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Chinese (Mandarin), Malay and Indonesian are a big plus.
- Experience in technical/customer support.
- Strong organisational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations.
- Willingness to learn and initiate.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, Slack and Trello are basics.
