**The Job**

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive
- Recruitment & Staffing to support our business development efforts in the recruitment and staffing industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, understands the hiring landscape, and is eager to build strong client relationships across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients to promote recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing and presenting customized proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead and client activity.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market movements.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- You have 2-4 years of sales or business development experience, in recruitment & staffing services.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident, client-facing attitude.
- You have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- You have the ability to generate leads and convert opportunities in a competitive environment.
- You have a target-driven mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting.
- You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
