Spare Part Sales Support Specialist

Singapore MULTITEST ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS (ASIA) Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and calculate tailored high volume spare part contracts for our key customers.
- Drive commercial contract review meetings to ensure revenues and margin targets are fulfilled
- Support customer negotiation process with sales & business development team
- Prepare contract agreement documents in cooperation with our legal department
- Responsible for commercial contract process (prepare quotations, check contract purchase orders and manage internal KPI reports)
- Prepare regular contract reports and distribute to customers
- Enter contract sales orders into order systems (ERP)
- Be responsible for day-to-day contract fulfillment support. Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure contract commitments are consistently met.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the company

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Pronounced customer focus
- PC knowledge especially Microsoft Office - advanced XLS skills (power user)
- Experienced in the use of ERP preferably Oracle
- 3 years’ past experience in Customer Service Support or as a Sales Coordinator
- Preferred to be able to start work immediately
- Open to travel (sporadic)
- Min. GCE A-Level or equivalent certificates in Business Administration.
