About the team

Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate closely with technical, product, and operations teams to establish and monitor metrics that assess the efficiency and quality of data acquisition and production, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.

2. Design statistically robust measurements and experiments to assess data quality and the performance of operations personnel.

3. Develop data dashboards and products that increase management transparency, enhance data production effectiveness, and optimize ROI.

4. Support the research and implementation of public data-sourcing initiatives in LLM data acquisition.

**Qualifications**:
Job requirements

1. Currently a data analyst role within global products or business teams.

2. A minimum of three years of professional experience.

4. A profound interest in both LLMs and comprehending human behavior, experience, and wellbeing. Must be enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning.

5. A collaborative team player who enjoys building projects from scratch and taking a hands-on approach.
