Join Snowflake, the leader in the AI Data Cloud, and become a pivotal Partner Solution Engineer driving the success of Global System Integrators (GSIs) across APJ. In our 'get it done' culture, you'll empower partners to build and scale their Data and AI practices on Snowflake, fostering innovation and creating lasting impact through collaboration. This role is crucial to our rapidly growing partner Go-To-Market initiatives, where you will engage both local and global teams to help partners unlock the full power of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.

This role requires travel up to 40% within APJ throughout the quarter to support partner engagement such as enablement, stakeholder managements, deal engagements and thought leadership events.

**As A Partner Solution Engineer, You Will**:

- Collaborate with partners to develop Snowflake solutions in customer engagements. You will be working with our partners to create assets and demos, build hands-on POCs and pitch Snowflake solutions.
- Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with the technical strategies that enables them to sell their offerings on Snowflake
- Educate Partners on key Snowflake product updates and future roadmaps to help them represent Snowflake to their clients on the latest technology solutions and benefits
- Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices, and solution design workshops to help Partners create effective solutions.
- Drive strategic thinking by quickly grasping new concepts and articulating their business value.
- Showcase the impact of Snowflake through compelling customer success stories and case studies.
- Lead technical and executive presentations, from deep-dives with technologists to strategic discussions with C-level audiences.

**Preferred skill sets and experiences**:

- Have a total of 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in the APJ region.
- Develop data domain thought leadership within the partner community.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical product and deep architectural expertise, including on the latest product capabilities, to partner solution architect communities.
- Deep technical expertise in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse platforms (presales or hands-on).
- Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda).
- Strong proficiency with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with our partner integration ecosystem like Alation, FiveTran, Informatica, dbtCloud etc are plus.
- Experience in the AI/ML domain is a plus.
