**Application and Batch Analyst**

Department: Data Services - APAC

Location: Singapore

**_Job Summary _**

The Application and Batch Support team will triage issues and for those they are not able to fix independently will have escalation tiers of support to navigate to. This role also necessitates the ability to evaluate criticalness, research and troubleshoot or escalate production issues timely.

**_Primary Responsibilities _**
- Administer and maintain Enterprise Scheduler IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler). Manage and maintain job definitions and production scheduling
- Administer and maintain Secure file transfer platform Move-It Transfer and Move-it automation
- Administer and maintain Enterprise escalation platform Xmatters
- Use innovative ideas to increase efficiency and resiliency in the platform tools and development solutions
- Support existing batch and file transfer
- Support functional and enterprise project initiatives
- Communicate\Collaborate with geographically distant teams in a 24/7 follow the sun model of Production Support

**_Qualifications _**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a systems developer/analyst on the Windows Platform.
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
- Ability to detect critical issues and reprioritize accordingly
- Responsive and Client service oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within various levels of the organization
- Has to be proactive and passionate in a Fast-Paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Cantonese would be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask

**Mandatory**
- Secure FTP experience
- Application and Batch Support team Experience in a technology operations type environment
- Experience being oncall

**Preferred**
- Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
- Microsoft SQL 2008/2016 Server and T-SQL skills including: Functions, Views, Stored Procedures, and Query Writing.
- Microsoft Visual Studio for source control
- DB2
- Move-It Automation\Transfer
- Xmatters integration
- Azure Data Lake experience
