Cook food items accurately to specifications.
- Able to prepare prata dough and make all varieties of prata
- Able to prepare mee-goreng and other dishes
- Prepare curry and ingredients for prata
- Expertise in Tandoori, Curry and Biriyani cooking
- Handling multiple food orders at one time
- Cooking order according to food healthand safety standards
- Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
- Reordering stock and food supplies
- Storing all food properly
- Maintain the cleanliness/tidiness of the workstation
- Assist in the accomplishment of tasks within the time frame given.
- Ensure mise-en-place are replenished before each meal period.
- Monitor the food par level after each meal period.
- Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized.
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and record food wastages.
- Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed at all times and ensure proper storage methods are followed.
- Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods.
- Ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Perform other tasks and duties when assigned to.
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation (Indian section).
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
- Hands-on experience in Indian cuisine is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task efficiently
- Able to work on week ends and publicholidays.
- Required Skill(s): Indian Cuisine Culinary
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods will be an advantage.
