**Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Business Partnering**
- Set up / train Malaysia Supply Chain Operations, Build forecasting / ordering process for SG agency brand and international market.
- Collaborate with respective markets commercial/finance leader to understand business needs and requirement to support business growth
- Points of escalation on overall Supply Chain serviceability to commercial team, and lead work-around with SC team / 3PL / MFG to resolve issues
- Lead and drive healthy inventory with commercial / Production Planning / 3PL / W&D to deliver revenue and Cost to deliver

**Integrated Business Planning**
- Implement Pre-S&OP deployment with commercial team, S&OP with upstream /extended supply chain teams, and transforming into Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Conduct Monthly Planning / IBP

**Supply and Demand**
- Drive the demand management process consistent with SKU class and demand planning process guidelines in all markets
- Lead and drive target inventory with commercial / manufacturing / procurement / Warehouse and Distribution at most efficient overall cost to the company
- Establish process / drumbeats to facilitate information sharing to increase visibility, to reduce lead time, variability and disruption in the end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Lead initiatives across markets with quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize the cost and efficiency of Pokka end-to-end Supply Chain; in alignment with GROUP SCM
- Lead SKU rationalization project with commercial team
- Collaborate with R&D, sales and marketing, not limited to NPI launch and aging

**Replenishment / Inventory Management**
- Responsible to ensure FG replenishment from PMY/PAM/PSM/OEM is on-time to meet demand
- Responsible for achieving optimal group inventory turns for finished goods, in order reduce working capital requirements and external warehousing costs
- Drive reduction in inventory disposal.
- Develop system to manage pallet rental to minimize loss (PKM).

**3PL Management / Warehouse and Distribution**
- Collaborate with SG Warehouse and Distribution, manage Malaysia’s 3PL to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and KPIs is achieved to meet customer expectations
- Manage an efficient and cost-effective PKM / PK transportation network

**People Management**
- Coaching team members in daily task / project / initiatives execution
- Building talent pipeline and HIPO team

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Minimum University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG environment.

**Professional Qualifications**
- Preferably with relevant professional certifications like APICS CSCP.

**Aptitude and Skills**
- Passionate to problem solve, fixing and dare to lead the change with mastery
- Demonstrate analytical, interpersonal and team skills
- Good business acumen to optimize supply chain value-chain to deliver business goals
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and ability to work optimally in a diverse environment
- Fast learner
