Are you strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain operations? Join our Singapore team as a
Supply Chain Manager
and take charge of ensuring efficient sourcing, logistics, and distribution to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
Monitor supply chain performance and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align supply chain with business needs
Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize disruption
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics roles
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and best practices
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus
Must have the
legal right to work in Singapore
(Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
