As the **Supply Chain Manager **, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Your goal is to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of fresh produce from local and international suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality. You will work closely with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Supplier Management**:

- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with both local and international suppliers, especially those in China.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best terms for the company while maintaining high product quality.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and reduce disruptions.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Oversee all aspects of logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure efficient transportation of goods to maintain freshness, reduce waste, and meet customer demand.
- Manage both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for imported goods.

**Inventory Management**:

- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to track stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Monitor and control stock levels to reduce wastage, particularly for perishable goods.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure the safe and efficient storage of products.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Implement best practices for supply chain management, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
- Develop and enforce supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain operations with business goals and customer needs.
- Work with the finance team to manage supply chain budgets and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues quickly and effectively.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions (e.g., supplier issues, logistics delays).
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly to ensure competitive pricing and consistent supply.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, delivery times, and supplier performance.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Key Requirements:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food and agriculture industry.
- Experience working with **international suppliers **(especially in China) is a strong advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle logistics and inventory challenges.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

**Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of the vegetable/agricultural supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs clearance processes, and international shipping.

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of **Mandarin **(or relevant local language) is highly advantageous, especially for managing suppliers in China.
