Supply Chain Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop business partnerships that create sustainable value for customers, suppliers and for customer by instilling a mindset of service orientation.
- Be the custodian of business planning, implement and enable cross/functional alignment with the Group in the market/business priorities and challenges.
- Support in the Market, drive and influence the creation of business strategy and overall business management decisions
- Create and communicate a compelling Supply Chain vision that maximizes the value of operations.
- Be a value adding business partner and support growth though adherence to Procurement process for ensuring sustainability quality, compliance and quantity requirements.
- Responsible for supply strategy that is sustainable and delivers on bottomline
- Influence the organization's service and indirect materials spends
- Coach team members for personal, professional growth and empower leadership teams
- Continuous improvement in Supply Chain operations. Drive initiatives on sustainability.
- Drive quality and regulatory controls. Safety and security measures to be in place to achieve flawless execution and cost optimization
- Influence industry forums on current and future Supply Chain trends and practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5-10 years of supply chain experience in a leadership position in supply chain management
- Prior experience in supply chain (strategy & operations), planning (demand, supply & inventory), warehouse and logistics ideally within a manufacturing & FMCG setup
- Strong and consistent approach in driving governance, processes and policy implementation
- Expert knowledge in supply chain activities, procedures, S&OP process, forecast and demand planning
- Willing to be hands-on in operations and leading a team of 30 headcount
- Excellent stakeholder and team management
