**Overview**:
This role will assist in managing Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS) in Radiography department.

**Job Role**:

- Provide level 1 support to Radiology users in troubleshooting system faults and on call duty after office hours;
- Provide orientation on RIS / PACS to all new staff.
- Manage and liaise with doctors on replacement of Diagnostic Workstations.
- Liaise and coordinate with modality radiographers for upgrades and RIS / PACS connectivity matters.
- Liaise with Hospital Information Service Department on projects & events that may affect department system (e.g. scheduled downtime, preventive maintenance etc).
- Liaise and co-ordinate with Infra Services Team for compliance on testing and maintenance of periodical deployment of security patches and policy updates to all computers in the department.
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of system issues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in any relevant IT field or Healthcare related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT, preferably in system coordination.
- Prior experience in hospital setting will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
