Working Hours: 7.00am - 3.30pm

Bus Transport: Boon Lay MRT

**Responsibilities**:

- Acts as SAP user, conducts daily systems checks to ensure SAP performance and connection, trouble-shoot and resolves discrepancies.
- Handles testing in SAP Quality and Testing environment on new enhancements.
- Acts as first point of contact for Client/Operations on any office/systems related issues and ability to resolve them with minimum guidance.
- Provides guidance to office associates, prioritizing and coordinating office activities with client and warehouse operations to process orders within contractual standards.
- Consolidates daily reports for KPI measurement and management reporting.
- Ensures documents and relevant data pertaining to regulatory requirements are properly maintained.
- Co-develops/reviews team policies, work instructions and procedures with Supervisor to ensure smooth team operations and overall work efficiency.
- Ability to conduct On-The-Job training for existing and/or new hire employees who have no prior knowledge/skill in performing a new task in SAP.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean with at least Diploma or equivalent educational qualifications with more than 2 years relevant working experience is preferred.
- Customer-focused with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to prioritize, manage time and resource well and multi-task in a fast changing environment.
- A good team player with a positive job attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
