Purchasing and Logistics Admin (Italian Marine MNC) - Tuas - $4000 - Urgent

Work Location: Tuas Crescent (1 Bus stop from MRT)

Work hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm (Flexible)

Salary: $3500 to $4000 + VB + Phone bill reimbursement

Responsibilities:

  • Filing and preparation of Purchasing Quotation, Purchasing Order, Sales Order, Sales Quotations, Good Receive, Deliveries, and administrative related documents using ERP software SAP Business One and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One Sales, Purchasing, Inventory modules primarily.
  • Autonomously follow up with suppliers, clients, logistics for the necessary tracking of required documents, material tracking, expediting.
  • Assist Operations with necessary logistic for service technicians overseas traveling with flight, hotel, transportation bookings and Visas application when required.
