Claudine is a neighbourhood French restaurant (Neo-brasserie), presenting an intimate side of French cuisine, inspired by honest home-cooking and convivial meals. A concept by Julien Royer and The Lo & Behold Group.

Since our humble beginnings in 2005, The Lo & Behold Group has been quietly pushing the boundaries of Singapore’s lifestyle and hospitality landscape. Whether we’re building Singapore’s first rooftop bar from ground-up, or ironing out the creases of Asia’s top fine-dining restaurant, all that we do comes down to one thing: People. We’ve found that when we design for people and create magical experiences in the process, we’re able to bring out the best of a city. Its people, their purpose and places. The Lo & Behold Group strives to create timeless experiences for all who walk through our doors— guests, partners or employees. The dream is simple: to make our city more lovable, through bold ideas and intentional hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

- Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
- Dress the tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkins.
- Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times
- Readily stand by at the pass, pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest
- The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
- Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs.
- Assisting station-in-charge to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and to detail tables in between courses.
- Refresh the table with finesse once guests have finished their starters and main course (each course)
- Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher and other cleaning duties
