The Host team is integral to the guest experience and is often the first encounter with our brand. This role sets the scene for our Front of House to deliver unparalleled service and experiences to our guests. Responsibilities First point of contact for guests; greet guests promptly as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservations through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Assist the Manager with seat plan arrangements for each service. Ensure that menus are changed according to lunch or dinner service and that they are up to date and presentable. Address guests by name, recognise any special occasions or dietary requirements mentioned, and pass on the information to teammates for a personalized guest experience. Keep up‐to‐date with our product knowledge and seasonal produce to confidently answer guests' questions over phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
