Senior Technician Inspection
**Job Description Summary**

This role is reponsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings.

**About the Role**
- Inspection and Assessment: Perform visual and physical inspections of ceilings to identify signs of wear, leaks, cracks, mold, or structural issues.
- Reporting: Document findings, noting the condition of ceiling systems and any identified issues that may require maintenance or repair.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Provide clients with recommendations for repairs, replacements, or upgrades based on inspection results.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure ceilings meet local and national safety standards, making sure the premises comply with building codes and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with maintenance teams, contractors, or building managers to facilitate repairs and maintain ceiling integrity.
- Tools & Equipment Management: Utilize specialized tools and equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and measuring instruments, to carry out inspections and necessary tests.
