MIM Painting Construction PTE LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Construction Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative functions within our construction projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes.
**Position: Construction Administration Manager**
**Location: Singapore**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Documentation**:Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all construction-related activities, including contracts, change orders, permits, and project reports.
- **Coordination**:Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflow. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication.
- **Compliance**:Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
- **Budget Tracking**:Work closely with the finance team to track project budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Provide regular updates on the financial status of construction projects.
- **Contract Management**:Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts. Manage contract modifications, extensions, and other related administrative tasks.
- **Team Support**:Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address issues promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed established standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction administration or project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
