**Position**:Central Kitchen Manager
**Salary**:$3500 SGD - $4500 SGD
**Responsibilities**:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the Central Kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance of assigned kitchens.
- Operational Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize kitchen workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships for seamless kitchen operations.
- Drive food quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
- Culinary Standards and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring exceptional quality in every procedure of the food production line.
- Oversee the preparation and production of food items, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Manage and uphold the serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure and equipment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.
- Staff Management:
- Handle staff-related matters, including staff integration, coaching/mentoring, and performance management.
**Requirement**:
- In-depth knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and kitchen management aligned with Singapore local policy.
- Diploma in F&B Management/Operations, Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a food production setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Resourceful and innovative, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
