**Job Purpose**:
To support project procurement and expediting activities.

**Job Responsibilites**:

- Source, negotiate, bid valuations, contract negotiations, and manage variety of category requirements supported by key internal stakholders.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakholders to strategically manage category spend.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
- Report procurement status as the main commercial coordinator and ensure the completion of the projects on time.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
- Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with various stakholders to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and frieght forwarders to ensure smooth delivery of air/ sea freight shipments.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, project team for mobilization of vendor for onshore and offshore commissioning activities.
