Loyalty Management
- Be the key custodian in managing the customer lifecycle, with a focus on driving acquisition, retention, churn and loyalty. This includes working closely with the Data analyst, conceptualising and seeing campaigns end to end through all available marketing channels.
- Plan and maintain lifecycle marketing campaign calendar and budget.
- Support in event management and execution (roadshows/ virtual events)
Partnership
- Manage and grow both new and existing relationships with external brands or channels, to deliver win-win partnerships on branding, engagement and user acquisition.
- Regularly review and analyze performance of partnerships after each campaign and gather insights for improvements and opportunities.
Corporate Plan
- Assist in the launch of the Corporate Plan
- Lead the overall sale of plans to companies and be the main point of contact
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in loyalty marketing and/or partnerships. Preferably with B2C brands.
- Experience in managing a database, performing data analysis, segmentation, and executing CRM strategies preferred.
- Comprehensive experience in pitching, converting and managing brand marketing partnerships
- Demonstrated organizational, planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric, strong team player who is adaptable and possesses good attention to details
