**The Mad Food Scientist**
The food industry is going through a renaissance, and we are looking for a food technologist to embark on the next phase of this exciting journey with us.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Develop food CPG products for kids from ages 1 to 12 - work with the team to develop ideas, propose concepts and ideas, manage R&D process to see the product to market
- Refining product formulation to improve product based on feedback data.
- Assist in quality audits.
- Work with the data team to plan and conduct product feedback and sensory taste experiments.
- Track production cycles and assist with production facilitation.
