The business development manager, or BDM, will report directly to the director. Business Development Managers are responsible for developing the business side of the organization. The trainee must identify the rising business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects. That is needed to increase company revenue and maximize profits.
Business developers help the company to become as successful as it can be. The trainee relies on knowledge, theory, and hands-on experience to help businesses to grow. As well they evaluate the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential.
**Responsibilities**
Individuals to be involved in:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain/customer satisfaction. Planning, overseeing, and increasing the value of current customers while attracting new marketing initiatives through market analysis and networking.
2. Identifying potential companies and contacting them to create rapport, as well as establishing business meetings to uncover new opportunities. Promote the company's products/services to satisfy or anticipate the new requirements of consumers.
3. Developing and ensuring that the developmental team's and company's growth objectives are met. Team members should be encouraged to improve their skills. Additionally, to support the organization in the growth of existing and new services that add value to investors and, as a result, expand the number of business prospects. Trainees can come up with innovative ways to complete work, solve issues, and meet challenges. Has the capacity to bring a unique, and often unconventional perspective to the business for a more productive result.
