The Project Scheduler should have at least 8 years of experience and works on technical buildings, (i.e. pharmaceutical or data centers.)

He/She will work closely with all members of the Project Team and will be responsible for the following:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develops, updates and manages schedule for each project
- Develops progress reporting, updating progress curves, documents and briefing materials as required to assess progress and measurement and promptly reports on reports on schedule slippage/ variance
- Involvement in the development and control of project work schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning.
- Calculate/Estimate the duration of each major construction activity and the resource requirements
- Site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress
- Address any critical activities and upcoming milestones with Project Managers
- Preparation of monthly report to Senior Project Manager to overview construction phase
- Prepare ‘S’ Curves, and Manpower Histograms in accordance with the project requirements.
- Develop rundown curves for Engineering and Construction deliverables.
- Liaise with the disciplines, and external parties as required, to meet the schedule requirements.
- Identify slippage / progress from other parties and evaluate the consequences to the schedule.
- Analyse critical path and prepare recovery action in agreement with the project team.
- Update the schedule on a regular basis according to project requirements.
- Liaise with other disciplines to prepare / incorporate schedule for variations.
- Support Project Manager and other project team with reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Attend periodic project meetings that take place in the office or at site.
- Any other ad hoc planning activities to support the projects.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to create and support team morale
- Proficiency in MS Project Planner and/or Primavera
- Experience in construction planning with building related facility
- 8 years of experience and works on technical buildings, (i.e. pharmaceutical or data centers.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
