Responsibilities:
1. Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with Standards/ Employer’s Requirement.

2. Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their project and evaluate weekly reports.

3. Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control, including identifying potential project schedule delays.

4. Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports (project progress Weekly and Monthly reports)

5. Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.

6. Prepare, implement and monitor scopes of work

7. Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.

8. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.

9. Perform other work duties as required by the project (assist Project Manager in drafting minutes of meeting, etc).

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Engineering or certificate of higher education

2. Min 2 years’ experience in planning and scheduling for major infrastructure projects or related industries

3. Proficient user of industry standard high-end project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsift Scheduler

4. Able to work independently and as part of a team

5. Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Discipline, self-motivated and resourceful

8. Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D will be an added advantage
