Primary responsibility is to perform the administration and maintenance of CyberArk packages. Responsible for the installation, configuration, patching, administration, upgrade, daily operations support for various CyberArk components, namely PSM and Vault servers.

The broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

- Install, set-up, upgrade and administer & maintain CyberArk packages such as PSM and Vault servers.
- Monitor, fine-tune, troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk related issues.
- Implement and provide operation support of CyberArk 2FA authentication mechanism such as radius, PKI.
- Safe creation, onboarding/offboarding of privilege accounts, Users.
- Review and report CyberArk account and access activities.
- Track and review the software lifecycle for the packages and upgrade to supported version if any software reaching end of support.
- Work with vendors on products defects and implement workarounds/solutions provided
- 24/7 operational support for supporting packages.

10. Integration to provision to other packages (RSA & Active Directory).

11. Interface with client stakeholders (Security, Infrastructure & Architecture teams)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of technical experience in the administration of CyberArk package.
- Experience in Implementation, Upgrade of various CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM)
- Experience in CyberArk administrator such as Safe creation, onboarding/offboarding accounts ,creating Platforms & Policies.
- Experience in integrating CyberArk with 2 Factor authentication mechanism such Radius, PKI etc
- Experience in monitoring, tuning & troubleshooting of CyberArk related issues.
- Good programming and analysis skills in Windows Power shell scripting and batch script.
- Knowledge and experience in VMWare and system (Windows & Linux) will be advantages.
- Knowledge on HA clustering.
- Knowledge on Load balancing mechanism.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Provide support on 24x7 basis
