**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Delivery days KPI: 3 working days, 95% fulfillment rate.
- Manage and oversee the entire fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, and shipping orders to customers.
- Ensuring the accuracy of orders and addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
- Address any issues or concerns related to fulfillment such as rescheduling deliveries.
- Liaise with 3PL to increase fulfillment rate, assist with order rescheduling, and reduce failed deliveries.
- Generate reports on fulfillment metrics, including fulfillment rate, order processing time, accuracy, and delivery performance
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics & supply chain management or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics and order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Location: 8 Pandan Crescent.
- Might require travel to showroom/roadshows to meet and engage with our team.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT will be required from time to time depending on business needs.
