Personal Assistant to Managing Partner

This position is responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Partner, and carrying out tasks and requests as instructed. The Personal Assistant works with minimum supervision and handles confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support, efficiently and effectively, to the Managing Partner;
- Manage and maintain Managing Partner’s appointments and schedule;
- Coordinate and manage executive scheduling, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective;
- Travel arrangements and hotel reservations;
- Running of errands (personal and business) on behalf of Managing Partner;
- Assist in making reservations for meeting venues such as restaurants, golf courses, etc.
- Organize, manage and execute company events initiated by Managing Partner;
- Assist in procurement of items for Managing Partner’s office and corporate gifts;
- Plan and organize events, engage with stakeholders, manage corporate administrative matters for agenda and logistics, including support for board meetings, promoting professional image of the organization;
- Support corporate governance areas, including corporate documentation and board paperwork, filings and business correspondences;
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential personnel and institutional information while exercising discretion;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in both Chinese and English language;
- IT-savvy with good proficiency in offline and online productivity tools;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Self-motivated individual who is efficient, organized and meticulous, work well under pressure.
