**Summary of the Role**:
We are looking for a Global Payroll and Finance Operations to manage payroll administration and financial operations on a global scale. The role involves overseeing and ensuring smooth processes for both payroll management and financial operations across different countries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.

**What you will do**:

- **Oversee global payroll operations**: Manage payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring that employees are paid correctly and on time, in line with local regulations and company policies (using our already established software in place - no manual processing)
- **Cross-border payroll coordination**: Manage the complexities of cross-border payroll for expatriates or employees working in multiple countries, ensuring all international taxation requirements are met.
- **Reconciliation and Reporting**: Coordinate with finance teams to reconcile payroll with accounting records, ensuring that payroll costs are accurately reflected in the company’s financial statements.
- **Global budget planning and forecasting**: Collaborate with various departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to create and track the global budget. This may involve managing payroll-related expenses, such as salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation components.
- **Cost analysis and tracking**: Monitor payroll-related costs across regions and departments, identifying areas for cost optimization while ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- **Tracking and reporting**: Generate reports to provide insights into payroll-related financial performance, ensuring management has accurate, up-to-date information for decision-making.
- **Cross-departmental collaboration**: Work with HR, finance, and operations teams to integrate payroll data with other financial information (such as benefits, bonuses, and commissions) for comprehensive financial planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business ad or any related
- Diplomas (polytech graduates)
- Anything related to finance
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance with 1-2 years experience in FP&A
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical
- Excel/Google worksheet

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
