**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with oversea department in Japan headquarter.
- Coordinate with client with their requirements and introduce new product release by japan HQ.
- Knowledge in shipping documentation and monitor from ordering, shipment schedule until custom related issue.
- Monitor and coordinate all activities related to import and export, local transportation and warehouse and inventory process.
- Work closely to relevant department to ensure that the client shipment requirements are meet.
- Prepare for monthly Oversea Sales Report
- Good communication, record keeping documentation shipping procedure and practices
- Work as a part of team; support all oversea team if needed.
- Participate and conduct various general administrative tasks using the Company’s Back Office Systems.
- Attending meetings local / oversea.
- Support oversea client / perform task given during business trip.
- Adhoc tasked may assign.
