Role
Responsible for the overall day to day people operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities will include**:
**HR Operations**: Provide full range of HR operations duties and support, including managing employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll and others
**Employee Data Management**: Maintain People records, data and information
**Employee Experience**: Lead successful pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding
**Vendor Management**: Liaise and coordinate with external parties, such as payroll service providers, recruiters, and HR consultancy firms
**People Projects**: Contribute in ad-hoc projects, as needed
**Market Insights**: Keep abreast of various employment laws, HR market trends and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR role
Meticulous and unfazed by exacting standards and high requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of handling sensitive people matters
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong sense of urgency and prioritization
Openness to experience
Able to work independently and require little instruction on the day-to-day work
Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Administrative Details

**Compensation**: Competitive base salary
