Are you ready to lead a dedicated team while staying hands-on with youth coaching? We're hiring a Coach Manager for a children's fitness academy that blends leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

**About the Role**:Our client is a well-established children's fitness provider offering structured obstacle-based movement programs for kids aged 4-12. They're seeking a Coach Manager who can take charge of the academy's day-to-day coaching operations while also stepping in to lead classes when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:Lead and support a team of junior coaches, ensuring quality delivery and ongoing development.
- **Operational Oversight**:Oversee daily gym operations, uphold safety standards, manage equipment, and ensure smooth class transitions.
- **Lead by Example**:Step in to coach children aged 4-12 when required, demonstrating best practices in instruction, safety, and engagement.
- **Program Excellence**:Maintain consistency and quality in curriculum delivery and classroom management.
- **Parent Communication**:Liaise professionally with parents when needed to support a positive learning experience.

**We’re Looking For Someone With**:

- A strong passion for child development and youth fitness
- Prior experience in leading youth coaching teams (e.g., gymnastics, parkour, movement or sports programs)
- Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing both people and day-to-day class operations

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- First Aid & CPR certified
- Recognised background in fitness instruction, gymnastics, or youth coaching

**Work Hours**:

- Weekdays: 9:30am to 6:30pm (1-hour lunch)
- Weekends: 9:00am to 6:30pm
- 5.5-day work week
