**eCommerce Store Operations Executive**

We are looking for an individual to help manage on e-retail experience on our webstore. From providing top class customer service to our valued customers, to handling the end-to-end fulfilment of the orders, inventory management to ensure the store operates smoothly.

You will be working to be the key personnel to ensure that the operations team runs smoothly, being the bridge between the customer, and the fulfilment team. You will be interfacinmg with our customers through our online stores, and ensure customer satisfaction, and smooth operations of the ecommerce store.

Job Scope

**1. Customer Experience**
- Handle Customer Enquiries via Phone and Chat (Provide great customer service, follow up, and recommendations)
- Reach out to customers to assist them in their purchase journey with us
- Handle reviews and feedback from customers
- Work with product team to provide feedback
- Reach out to customers to get feedback, and provide action plans to improve

**2. Operations**
- Process daily orders and manage logistics
- Manage eStore across Multi-Channels
- e-Merchandise of Products on eCommerce channels
- Overall Inventory Management, restock
- Manage daily routes, and ensure orders are delivered to end customer efficiently.

**3. Projects**

You will be placed on special project task, for example,
- Product Photography, merchandising of store to move products.
- Social Media Management

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ecommerce: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
