Visual Merchandising Executive

**Visual Merchandising**
- Handle in store visual merchandising including window showcase, props, dressing up fixtures, in store music, scent and greenery
- Maintain consistent product display, posters and in store graphics throughout all stores
- Understanding the needs of VM to maximize product exposure and to optimize sales potential and elevate store experience
- Guide and coach operation staff to maintain and deliver exceptional visual displays
- Ensure the brand is presented according to its branding VM guidelines
- Identify and action creative and visual ideas for the stores
- Plans visual concept communications and marketing projects collaboratively with other departments
- Strong knowledge in production processes to ensure visual merchandising props and display setup are operationally viable in stores, not limited to procurement and execution of visual display elements, follow up with suppliers, budget tracking, quality control on creative output and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting new shop opening and marketing events when required
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

**Project (Store Renovations)**
- To supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of renovation projects
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from manager as appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Degree / diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising / project function in the fashion retail industry
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills and project management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize task
- Independent, proactive and able to work in a team
- Flexibility to travel and work in different locations when needed
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, knowledge of AutoCad will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
