**Community Executive**

The role of the Community Executive is to be an extension of the brand thus building a strong and vibrant community both online and off. The Community Executive will be focused on running the day-to-day operations of the community in delivering excellent customer service. She or he should also be able to achieve strong engagement with present and future customers through community content, discussions and events.

**Job Scope**

**Operations**
- Front desk manning duties which include managing of phone calls and correspondences in a professional manner
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, filing, sorting, and distributing mails, booking of meeting rooms and installing papercut software etc.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs for members
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedule and/or liaise and oversee vendors/contractors during maintenance and repair works
- Liaise with Property Management team for matters that require more technical assistance
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
- Conduct weekly thorough space checks to ensure cleanliness and that all furniture, equipment and spaces are functional and operationally ready.
- Conduct weekly inventory audits on stationaries, pantry items, printing supplies, alcohol, cleaning supplies, marketing collaterals
- Assist with IT equipment and software needs for meetings and events
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Community Engagement & Management**
- Assist in conducting tours of the location and bringing in new members working towards 100% occupancy
- Assist in responding to comments and members’ queries in a timely manner
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews

**Essential Qualities**
- Previous experience working as a Community Executive, in Customer Service, Operations or Hospitality is preferred
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience required
- Strong people skills a must
- Strong cultural curiosity and understanding of current trends and technology
- Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and strong sense of responsibilities
- Excellent spoken and written English skills

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
